President Ramchandra Paudel, Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Sushila Karki, Speaker of House of Representatives (HoR) Devraj Ghimire, Chairperson of the National Assembly Narayan Prasad Dahal, ministers and other high-level officials were present in the ceremony.

An army helicopter showered flower petals as well as displayed banners, Constitution Day 2082 B.S. (2025) floats displaying the traditional army costumes, and music and dance ensembles were also paraded on the occasion.

Nepali Army, Nepal Police, and Armed Police Force performed march-past with cultural performances on the occasion.
