KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sushila Karki has viewed that cultural diversity is Nepal’s glory.
PM Karki said so while addressing a ceremony held to mark Tamu Lhosar today at Tundikhel.
“Cultural diversity is Nepal’s glory. This diversity is our big power. Festivals such as Tamu Lhosar inspire us to preserve our original identity and strengthen mutual goodwill, tolerance, harmony and spirit of unity,” said the PM.
On the occasion she also thanked the political parties for cooperating with the government in making a conducive environment for the HoR poll slated for March 5 and highlighted that the election environment has already been created.
