KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has made it clear that efforts are underway to find way out to the present complex situation from within the constitution.
Issuing a statement today, the President said that consultations and works are going on ways to fulfil the demands of the protesting citizens and preserve democracy and maintain peace and order in the country.
