KATHMANDU: The newly appointed Kulman Ghising as Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation has assumed office.
He took the oath of office and secrecy before President Ramchandra Paudel at the President’s Office, Sheetal Niwas.
President Paudel appointed him as the Energy Minister on Sunday evening, on the recommendation of the interim government’s Prime Minister Sushila Karki.
