KATHMADNU: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Anil Kumar Sinha has said that long-term economic growth under the leadership of private sector is the basis of foundation for prosperity of Nepal.

He said so while speaking at discussion programme on ‘Trade and Investment Diagnostic’ on Thursday.

He emphasized for the consolidation of trade and investment linkage with European Union (EU) for to ensure the economic future of Nepal.

He said that improving the relationship between investors of Nepal and European entrepreneurs and unleashing the trade potential is the today’s necessity.

Minister Sinha said, “ It is appreciable to bring the stakeholders together for dialogue in the important subject for economic future of the country. This gathering will deepen the year long relationship between Nepal and European Union. We should encourage private sector for economic development for prosperity of Nepal”.
