KATHMANDU: Nepal is currently experiencing the impact of the monsoon, resulting in widespread weather changes throughout the country.

Light to moderate rainfall has been reported in various regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces.

This afternoon, cloudy skies are expected across most parts of Nepal with the possibility of light to moderate rain, accompanied by thunder and lightning in several areas across all provinces.

Heavy rainfall is anticipated in isolated spots of Koshi and Lumbini provinces.

Tonight, nationwide weather is expected to remain generally to completely cloudy.

Many areas in the provinces may experience light to moderate rain with thunderstorms.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall is possible in isolated locations within Koshi, Madhesh, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces, as well as in one or two places in the remaining provinces.
