KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has administered the oath of the office to the newly-appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs Balananda Sharma.
The newly appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs took the oath of office and secrecy at a special ceremony held at the Office of the President, Sheetal Niwas.
