KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and chancellor Sushila Karki has urged all to utilise knowledge and skill gained from university for personality development and nation building.

Addressing the first convocation ceremony of the Nepal Open University today, chancellor Karki said, “I urge all to utilise the knowledge and skill gained from university for personality development and nation building. I appeal to all to seek opportunities in the country as far as possible, if there are no chances, please create them or be such a citizen where ever you go that Nepal can take pride in.”

Some 545 students from three faculties that graduated from the university were awarded with certificates.
