MUSTANG: One hundred electric vehicles have been imported to Nepal via Korala check point in the first month of current fiscal year.
According to Mustang Customs Office, the office collected revenue Rs 290 million from such number of electric vehicles and other goods imported via the check point during the period.
Office Chief Bidur Chudal told RSS that around 10 cargo containers pass customs clearance via Korala check point every day.
A total of 3,000 electric vehicles were imported to Nepal via this check point in last fiscal year and Rs 6.92 billion revenue was collected from it.
