JAJARKOT: A light earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale struck Jajarkot district on Tuesday morning.
According to the National Seismological Study and Research Centre, the tremor was recorded at 9:08 AM. The epicenter of the quake was located in Kalseni, Jajarkot.
Tremors were felt in surrounding areas across the district.
No immediate reports of casualties or major structural damage have been confirmed following the event.
