KATHMANDU: Twenty-eight policemen are missing in Rasuwa after the devastating flash flood hit the district on Wednesday morning.
According to the Police Headquarters, 10 policemen from Timure, eight from Rasuwagadhi police post, three from Syafrubesi police post, five from the temporary police post in Mailung, one from Betrawati, and one from Haku police post have gone missing.
Police spokesperson Avi Narayan Kafle told RSS that the search and rescue of the missing police personnel is ongoing and that 3,318 personnel have been deployed for it.
