KATHMANDU: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty visited the Pashupatinath temple in Kathmandu to offer her worship.

According to Sushil Kumar Gautam, an Archeology Officer of the Pashupati Area Development Trust, Shetty arrived at the temple as a pilgrim this morning.

The visit coincides with the month of Shrawan, a holy period for Vedic Sanatan Hindus, during which devotees from around the world travel to Nepal to pay their respects at the Pashupati Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.
