KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Council of Ministers began at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar on Wednesday, more than half an hour after its scheduled start time of 1 PM.
The meeting had been called for 1 PM but started shortly after 1:30 PM.
The Cabinet had also met on Tuesday, when it decided to recommend that the President issue ordinances to amend the Press Council Nepal Act, 1992, and certain laws related to culture, tourism and civil aviation.
