KATHMANDU: A Chinese national trapped inside Audit Tunnel 4 of the flood-affected Upper Trishuli 1 Hydropower Project has been rescued.
The Nepali Army and a disaster expert team from South Korea rescued the Chinese national from the tunnel a short while ago.
The rescued person is being taken to the Maithili Barracks in Trishuli, Nuwakot.
The rescue was carried out on the 11th day after the Bhote Koshi River flood.
