SUDURPASCHIM: Chief Minister of Sudurpachim Province, Khagraj Bhatta, is scheduled to take vote of confidence today.
Secretary at province secretariat, Dev Bahadur Bogati, informed that newly elected CM Bhatta had registered a letter at the secretariat, requesting for the arrangement of the trust motion. The Province Assembly meeting is scheduled for 1:00pm.
Bhatta, who represents the Nepali Communist Party (NCP), was appointed CM with the support of UML on August 14. He has announced Cabinet expansion one he secures a trust vote.
In Sudurpaschim Province Assembly, the NCP has 22 members, while Nepali Congress 18, UML 11 and Rastriya Prajatantra Party one.
