KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has called a meeting of its parliamentary party.
The meeting is scheduled to be held at the party office in Chyasal at 1 pm. Party chairman KP Sharma Oli is expected to provide special instructions to the elected lawmakers during the session.
The CPN-UML has a practice of convening parliamentary party meetings before and after the conclusion of parliamentary sessions to review the work performed during the period. This meeting follows the established routine of assessing legislative activities.
Deputy leader of the parliamentary party, Padma Aryal, stated that the meeting will review the role played by the party during the recent parliamentary session.
Furthermore, the chairman will provide specific directives regarding the future role to be played by the lawmakers and party leaders in the coming days.
