KATHMANDU: Prices of gold and silver dropped in the local market today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold fell by Rs. 900 per 11.66 grams (tola) and silver by Rs. 20 per 11.66 grams.
According to the Federation, fine gold is priced today at Rs. 300,100 per 11.66 grams, while the price of silver has been fixed at Rs. 4,600 for the same quantity.
On Monday, fine gold was traded at Rs. 301,000 per 11.66 grams, and silver was priced at Rs. 4,620 for the same quantity.
