KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices witnessed a downward trend in the domestic market on Wednesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmark gold dipped by Rs 2,700 per tola (11.66 grams) today to trade at Rs 304,100.
On Tuesday, gold was traded at Rs 306,800 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has also declined. The Federation reported that silver fell by Rs 160 per tola today and is currently being traded at Rs 4,595 per tola, down from Rs 4,755 on Tuesday.
