KATHMANDU: The prices of gold and silver increased in the local market today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold rose by Rs 1,700 per tola (11.66 grams) to reach Rs 301,800.
On the previous day, Tuesday, gold traded at Rs 301,000 per tola.
Similarly, silver prices also registered a gain today. According to the Federation, the price of silver went up by Rs 85 per tola and is currently trading at Rs 4,685.
It had traded at Rs 4,600 per tola on the previous day.
