KATHMANDU: Minister of Information and Communication Dr Bikram Timilsina has reiteraited that the goverment is fully committed to press freedom.

While addressing the queries raised by the lawmakers in the House of the Representatives today, the minister viewed that press freedom is the right inshrined in the constitution. The right is completely protected in the constitution. No one can be deprived from press freedom.

Meanhile, he added that press freedom also ensue accountability.
