KATHMANDU: Hemraj Dhakal, a promoter shareholder of Hathway Investment Nepal Limited, has announced his intention to sell 2 million units of his shares in the company.
Company secretary Sudha Aryal confirmed that Dhakal has formally notified the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) regarding his plan.
According to the directive issued by the Securities Board of Nepal on Aug. 9, 2026, promoter shareholders intending to sell 5 percent or more of their total holdings must provide at least 15 days’ notice to the relevant authorities.
In compliance with this regulation, Dhakal has stated that the shares will be sold within the next three months.
