KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Chief District Officer Ishwor Raj Poudel conducted an on-site inspection of the Bagmati river bank area on Friday.
During his visit, Poudel observed the current water flow, the condition of the river banks, and identified areas prone to potential risks.
Poudel also consulted with security agencies regarding the potential threats posed to nearby settlements and infrastructure located along the river.
He gathered detailed information about the situation on the ground to assess the risks facing the surrounding communities.
