KATHMANDU: A magnitude 4.4 earthquake struck near Iribang in Rolpa district at 3:07 a.m. on Monday, according to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre.
The centre said the earthquake’s epicentre was located in the Iribang area of Rolpa.
No reports of casualties or property damage have been received so far. Authorities are collecting further information on the situation following the quake.
