KATHMANDU: Preparations are in full swing for the Naima Mobility Expo 2026, which will be held from today to August 16 at Bhrikutimandap in Kathmandu.
Organised by the Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (Naima), the expo venue is being transformed with exhibition halls, vehicle display stalls and decorative installations ahead of the opening.
Naima says this year’s edition will build on last year’s premium experience while making the expo more organised, accessible, inclusive and visitor-friendly.
Naima Chairperson Ritu Singh Vaidya inspected the venue on Sunday and said preparations were progressing rapidly, with more brands participating this year.
“All 55 participating brands are ready. Now it is time to deliver and showcase what they have prepared. We are fully prepared for the expo,” Vaidya said.
The expo will feature 51 stalls, more than 55 brands and over 40 new launches, according to Naima. Policymakers will also be invited for discussions on policies affecting the automobile and mobility sector.
The six-day expo will showcase two-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, electric and hybrid mobility solutions, technology, services and other mobility-related products.
Participating two-wheeler brands include Bajaj, Honda, TVS, KTM, Royal Enfield, Ather, Suzuki, Yadea, NIU, Peugeot, BGAUSS, Ultraviolette, Keren, Garo, CFMoto, Triumph and ZXMotoCX, among others.
