KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance has provided Rs 15.1 million in financial support for reconstruction, economic recovery and relief efforts following the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli rivers.
The company’s chairperson, Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh, and chief executive officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri, handed over the cheque to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle.
Expressing deep sorrow over the loss of life and property caused by the floods, the company has extended its condolences to the bereaved families and wished for the speedy recovery of those injured. Furthermore, the company has urged its employees and agents to actively participate in rescue operations.
