KATHMANDU: Ncell has revised the billing pulse rate for its international outgoing calls to 198 countries, effective today.
The company implemented the new 60-second pulse rate following approval granted by the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) under Section 42 of the Telecommunications Act, 2053.
This updated pulse rate applies to popular destinations worldwide, including India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, China, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, and Malaysia, among many others.
