KATHMANDU: The Nepal Chamber of Commerce has provided relief and essential supplies to flood-affected families and those in need in Rasuwa.
The relief package includes essential items such as biscuits, sanitary pads, blankets, bedsheets, and shoes for small children.
Rajul Shrestha, a member of the Chamber’s working committee and CEO of Arcus Group, handed over the relief materials, which included products from his group, to representatives of the Lumbini Social Service Foundation and Lumbini Youth Club.
Shrestha stated that the relief supplies were dispatched to Rasuwa through the collaboration of local organizations and youth.
The materials will be transported via Trishuli and distributed to the affected families based on their needs, under the coordination of local organizations and volunteers.
He noted that the aid was prioritized based on the immediate basic requirements of the citizens in the affected areas.
