According to the corporation, the team has formally begun its work from today.

The Ministry of Industry said a coordination mechanism has been created involving the ministry, Nepal Oil Corporation, the Department of Industry, and representatives of gas businesses to immediately address any problems seen in LPG supply and distribution.

The Quick Response Team includes Mangal Bista from the Ministry of Industry; Indu Shrestha and Upendra Subedi from Nepal Oil Corporation; and Ayus Nepal and Kul Prasad Rai representing the gas industry.

The main objective of the team is to coordinate and resolve any shortage of LPG or distribution-related problems that arise in any part of the country.

NOC said that complaints received through its hotline will be coordinated with the concerned industries, dealers, and businesses to ensure smooth gas supply to consumers.
According to the corporation, the mechanism was formed after complaints about not receiving gas increased in various places in recent days. The team will give priority to complaints received during office hours and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
