KATHMANDU: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has initiated a process to merge liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) industries operating under different names and brands.
According to NOC Director Binit Mani Upadhyay, the policy aims to streamline LPG distribution and promote consumer interests.
The corporation has written to all LPG industries, urging them to prepare merger plans and move ahead with the process.
