KATHMANDU: Nepal Telecom has reported an increase in customer interest following the introduction of special offers for its fiber to the home (FTTH) service, known as NT fiber.
To manage the rising demand, the company has expanded the capacity of its dedicated service hotline, 198, which customers can use to inquire about or request new fiber connections.
In addition to the hotline, the company has launched an online portal to allow customers to submit connection requests and register service complaints.
Users can access this facility by logging into https://complain.ntc.net.np/ using their Nepal Telecom mobile number. The company recently introduced a 30 Mbps package priced at Rs 4,999. Various other service packages are also currently available for customers.
