PARSA: With the objective of providing services to general people in easy, smooth and accessible manner, the Nepal Telecom has launched a service to deliver SIM cards directly to doorsteps of customers.
The Department of Postal Service and Nepal Telecom have signed agreement in order to deliver SIM cards of the Nepal Telecom to doorsteps of customers inside Parsa district through postal service.
Postal Officer at the District Post Office, Namanath Yadav, shared that they have started providing SIM cards with an objective of providing services to customers to their doorsteps in an easy and smooth manner.
After filling the Nepal Telecom’s online form for the SIM card, customers could receive their SIM cards at their address through postal service.
With the beginning of the service, employee of post office reached the house of Kiran Kumari Chauhan at Birhunj metropolis-10 and provided the SIM card for the first time.
