KATHMANDU: The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) issued a press release today announcing that the Nepali team will participate in tournaments to be held in China and India as part of their preparation for the World Cup.
According to the press release issued by CAN Secretary Paras Khadka, Nepal will compete in the “Belt and Road U-19 Girls T20I” tournament to be held in China from November 3 to 8. Alongside host China, Nepal, Thailand, and Hong Kong will compete in the tournament.
Similarly, the Nepali team will participate in a triangular series to be held in Bengaluru, India, from November 10 to 22.
CAN stated that the Nepal U-19 women’s team, along with the India U-19 Women’s ‘A’ and India U-19 Women’s ‘B’ teams, will compete in the series.
