KATHMANDU: Nepali bodybuilder Sagendra Singh has won a gold medal at the 58th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship currently underway in Bangkok.
According to the National Sports Council, Singh secured the top position by delivering an impressive performance in the men’s 75 kg weight category.
This marks Singh’s second international gold medal this year. He previously won gold in the 80 kg category at the 16th South Asian Bodybuilding Championship held in Bhutan.
During that tournament, the Nepali team secured a total of seven medals, including three golds, three silvers, and one bronze.
