ILAM: CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli lashed out at party dissidents attempting to oust him, dismissing their internal campaigns as baseless, undisciplined, and futile.
Addressing an indigenous community wing event in Fikkal on Saturday, Oli urged party unity during a period of fierce opposition attacks.
He expressed sharp discontent toward members holding what he claims as unauthorized discussions in party canteens, insisting that any leadership transition must strictly follow party convention procedures rather than informal pushbacks.
The UML chief made the remarks immediately upon arriving in Ilam via Jhapa’s Chandragadhi Airport, warning that internal divisions only undermine the party when it needs complete solidarity.
