KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen) has warned that no one should assume they will escape accountability when the time comes.
In a Facebook post on Sunday, Shah wrote, “When the right time comes, everyone will face their difficult time. No one should dream that one or two people will manage to escape.”
He did not specify what prompted the remark.
The post comes as the government faces criticism over reports of judges’ contacts with intermediaries and the deployment of police at a media house.
The Prime Minister’s chief political adviser, Kumar Ben, also commented on the post, asking Shah when the “right time” would come.
