KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel and Acting Prime Minister and Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle held a meeting on Wednesday morning at the Presidential Residence, Sheetal Niwas.
According to the President’s personal secretariat, the two discussed contemporary national issues during the meeting.
Finance Minister Wagle was assigned the role of Acting Prime Minister following Prime Minister Balendra Shah’s departure for the United States to attend the United Nations General Assembly.
Wagle met with the President the day after assuming the responsibilities of Acting Prime Minister.
