KATHMANDU: The remaining vote counting for the Nepali Congress 15th general convention will be conducted at the party’s central office in Sanepa.
Raju Katwal, member secretary of the central election committee, stated that all ballot boxes were securely sealed and transported to the Sanepa office last night.
The election committee has called a meeting with all candidates at the central office today at 1 p.m. to discuss the resumption of the counting process. According to Katwal, the counting for the remaining positions will commence following the decisions made during this meeting.
The counting for the position of president has already been completed. Gagan Thapa was elected as president following the voting held yesterday.
