DAMAULI: Chief Justice Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma has said that the role of bar and bench was crucial in justice delivery process.
At a programme organized by the Tanahun District Court Bar today, the Chief Justice stated that effective justice delivery was possible only through cooperation between the bar and bench. Dr Sharma was of the view that cooperation and coordination among all sides was imperative for effective and people-friendly justice execution.
As justice execution was a shared responsibility, the Chief Justice called for an active participation of all stakeholders in this issue.
He stressed that the justice delivery system should be made further effective also to uphold public trust towards judiciary.
