KATHMANDU: The title track of the upcoming Nepali film Maya Bhanekai Yasto Hola, scheduled for release on September 11 (Bhadra 26), was unveiled at a formal event in Kathmandu on Friday.

Written, composed and sung by Prashant Shivakoti, the romantic song also features vocals by Bigyani Parajuli. The music video offers a glimpse of the film’s triangular love story, featuring actors Dil Shrestha, Srishti Shrestha, Namrata Shrestha and Niti Shah. The video is choreographed by Gambhir Bista.

Directed by actress Rekha Thapa, the film is her third directorial venture after Himmatwali and Malika. Written by Dhruva Lamsal, the film aims to blend romance with social themes.

Produced under the Diya & Amu Films banner, the movie stars Madan Krishna Shrestha, Dil Shrestha, Srishti Shrestha, Namrata Shrestha, Niti Shah, Laxmi Giri, Rajaram Poudel, Bishal Pahari, Sangam Bhandari, Sujata Shrestha and Binod Poudel.

The film will be distributed nationwide by Reach Entertainment, Apple Entertainment and FD Company.
