The image shows Bablu Gupta, a lawmaker from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) representing Siraha Constituency No. 1, standing on a moving motorcycle while recording a video.

The photo has circulated widely across social media platforms, with many users accusing the lawmaker of violating traffic rules and setting a poor example at a time when authorities are tightening road safety enforcement.
