President Paudel has stated that the messages of Lord Krishna—emphasizing selfless action, steadfast adherence to truth, justice, and righteousness, a pure mind, conduct marked by self-sacrifice and unwavering commitment to duty—remain equally relevant and useful today.
The Head of the State has expressed the belief that the Shree Krishna Janmastami festival helps foster mutual harmony and inspire humanity toward virtuous deeds, while binding Nepali society—characterized by its multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-religious, and multi-cultural nature—together through the bond of emotional unity.
He has expressed the hope that the Shree Krishna Janmastami festival inspires the building of a civilized and cultured society by fostering mutual harmony, compassion, the spirit of action ‘Karma’, ‘Yoga’, and a sense of friendship.
