KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has ordered the release of journalist Kishor Shrestha.
A bench of Justices Nahakul Subedi and Bal Krishna Dhakal directed authorities to investigate the case while keeping Shrestha out of custody.
Shrestha’s wife had filed a habeas corpus petition at the Supreme Court, arguing that he had been unlawfully arrested.
