KATHMANDU: The Department of Urban Development and Building Construction, through its Central Project Implementation Unit (Building and Housing), has invited tenders for security services at the Dharahara monument.
The unit issued a notice on Thursday, requesting applications from qualified bidders through a national competitive bidding process.
According to the notice, the estimated cost for the security services is set at Rs 4,411,571.92, excluding value-added tax (VAT) and contingency funds. Interested bidders are required to provide a security deposit of Rs 110,000 to participate in the process.
Interested firms or companies must submit their bids by 5:00 p.m. on Oct. 7. The submitted bids will be opened the following day, Oct. 8, at 1:00 p.m. The department has clarified that only hard copies of the bids will be accepted, and online submissions will not be processed.
