MUGU: Two earthquakes with their epicenter in Kalai, Mugu district, were recorded early this morning.
According to the National Seismological Research Centre, the first quake, measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale, occurred at 1:51 AM on Wednesday.
A second earthquake of 4.2 magnitude was felt at 4:28 AM today, also centered around Kalai in Mugu.
Prior to this, a 4.1 magnitude earthquake had struck on September 11, centered around Kalseni in Jajarkot district at 9:08 AM.
