KATHMANDU: Internet service provider Worldlink Communications Limited has launched a managed wifi service named ‘Biz24’ aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
The company claims this is the first managed wifi solution in Nepal designed specifically to meet business requirements.
Developed after consultations with business owners and field studies, the service aims to ensure consistent and reliable internet coverage throughout business premises. The system also features remote management capabilities using modern technology.
Worldlink sales manager Satish Krishna Rajbhandari stated that many small and medium businesses previously relied on residential internet connections, which often led to connectivity gaps, outages during peak hours, and delayed support. The Biz24 service was introduced to address these issues and provide business-grade network reliability.
The service is particularly suited for health clinics, restaurants, retail shops, studios, and shared office spaces. It allows businesses to scale their network coverage based on the size of their premises. The system supports business expansion and provides static IP addresses and professional-grade equipment necessary for running surveillance cameras and various software applications.
To ensure quick resolution of connectivity issues, the company has established a priority customer support service, which can be reached at 01-5970040. The service is available in three tiers: ‘Rise’, ‘Grow’, and ‘Pro’.
Customers can access internet speeds ranging from 200 Mbps to 1 Gbps. Starting at Rs 30,000 per year, excluding value-added tax, the service is now available to both new and existing customers nationwide.
