KATHMANDU: The Bagmati Province Tourism Office hosted a one-day art and photo exhibition in Kathmandu on Sunday to mark the 47th World Tourism Day.
The exhibition showcases various artworks and photographs that highlight the tourism, natural beauty, and cultural identity of Bagmati Province. Pawan Kumar Pokharel, chief of the Bagmati Province Tourism Office, stated that 21 outstanding works from 16 different artists are on display for public viewing.
The event focuses on key tourist destinations, cultural heritage sites, and the natural landscape of the province, while also presenting a blend of traditional and modern Nepali art styles. Featured artists include SC Suman, Keshav Raj Khanal, Devendra Thumkeli, Nar Bahadur BK, Pradip Adhikari, Shobha Dhakal, Devashi Kafle, Prakash Mijar, Sanjay Pradhan, Sikandar Chaudhary, Baburam Poudel, and Narayan Dhungana.
