KATHMANDU: Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited has announced that its cable car services will remain closed for two days during the Dashain festival. According to a notice issued by the company, all services, including the cable car, will be suspended on Oct. 21 and 22.
The company stated that on Oct. 20, the cable car service will operate only from 5 a.m. until 2 p.m. The decision to suspend services for the festival was confirmed in a notice issued by the company’s chief executive officer, Dr. Roman Man Shrestha.
Normal operations are scheduled to resume on Oct. 23. The company has expressed its apologies to the public, passengers, and tourists for any inconvenience caused by the service suspension.
