KATHMANDU: Four bodies have been recovered at the Chilime hydropower project site, which was buried following a flood in the Bhotekoshi river. A search and rescue operation is currently being conducted by teams from the Nepal Army and the Armed Police Force.
According to DSP Shailendra Thapa, assistant spokesperson for the Armed Police Force, rescue teams are continuing their efforts at the site. Authorities have indicated that there is a possibility of finding more individuals, either alive or dead, trapped under the debris.
