Gold and silver prices drop in Nepali market

KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices have declined in the Nepali market, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. The price of hallmark gold has been set at Rs 301,900 per tola today.

This marks a decrease of Rs 2,400 per tola compared to the previous day, when gold was traded at Rs 304,300 per tola. Additionally, the price for 10 grams of gold has been fixed at Rs 258,830.

Silver prices also saw a slight decline today. The federation stated that silver is being traded at Rs 4,690 per tola, a drop of Rs 35 compared to the previous day. Silver was traded at Rs 4,725 per tola yesterday. The price for 10 grams of silver has been set at Rs 4,021 today.
