KATHMANDU: The price of gold saw a slight increase in the local market today, while the price of silver recorded a decline.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold has increased by Rs 300 per tola.
Hallmark gold is being traded at Rs 283,500 per tola today. On Wednesday, the precious metal was traded at Rs 283,200 per tola.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has decreased. Silver is being traded at Rs 3,930 per tola, marking a decline of Rs 50 from the previous day. On Wednesday, silver was valued at Rs 3,980 per tola.
